You will require a referral from either your General Practitioner or another Specialist Physician before seeing Dr Hsu or Dr Singh.

Park in the front carpark and we are in the Physio building to the left of the main hospital building.

Parking is available for visitors and patients in the marked bays at the front of the Clinic Building or in the secure basement car park under the hospital (off Research Park Drive). Parking charges apply.

To assist in assessing your needs in a timely manner, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
When attending your initial appointment please remember to bring the following:
- Referral from your General Practitioner or Specialist.
- Any recent scans or X-rays that will assist Dr Hsu or Dr Singh with your diagnosis and treatment.
Workcover Patients
Dr Hsu & Dr Singh are happy to see Workcover patients. Prior to making an appointment please ask your Case Manager to fax or email your approval letter.
Consultation Fees:
All consultations are to be paid in full on the day of service. For a list of fees please speak with the administration staff on 1300 975 800. We accept cash, EFTPOS, visa and MasterCard. Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not accept cheque, AMEX or Diners.
To cancel an appointment:
Please cancel at least 1 day prior if possible so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient seeking treatment.
